- Market Survey/Request for Sources Information Effects of U.S. Short-Haul Multi-Segment Flight Operations on Pilot Performance Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma This is a market survey for performing Effects of U.S. Short-Haul Multi-Segment Flight Operations on Pilot Performance. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK, Civil Aerospace Medical Institute, (CAMI) Human Factors Research Division (AAM-500) is requesting interested and capable experienced sources who can provide a Proposed Study Design, Exhibited Experience and Capability to execute a study of this nature, Projected Milestone Schedule, and a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) for the Human Factors/Pilot Performance Study on Crew Performance for Short Haul Multiple Time Zone Flight Operations. The anticipated NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 541714 (Research and Technology in Biotechnology) or 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical Engineering and Life Sciences).� Others will be considered as supported by the Vendor.� THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED BY INTERESTED VENDORS: Capability Statement � This document should identify: Type of services provided by firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business � Proposed Study Design Projected Milestone Schedule Rough Order of Magnitude NOTE:� Please see the attached Statement of Objective for a more detailed description. Respondents must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). All responses to this market survey must be received by Tuesday, May 19, 2020, 2:00 p.m. CT.� All submittals should be submitted by email to: stephanie.riddle@faa.gov.
