Description
SYNOPSIS: This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION and will be released under Solicitation Number 12FPC120Q0012. The small business size standard is based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 213112 Support Activates for Oil and Gas Operations with a size standard of $38.5 million average annual income.� DESCRIPTION: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Acquisition Division (ASD) has received a requirement for Fuel Tanks removal, replacement, and disposal for the Cape May Plant Materials Center, State of New Jersey, USDA NRCS. Refer to Attachment #1, Statement of Work (SOW) for further details of the requirements.� Tanks to be emptied of fuel, internally cleaned and removed from property, Obstruction removal of containment walls (location 1 and 2), Tank replacement, Installation of Bollards around new tanks at site number 1. This is a requirement for a fixed price acquisition in which the work is primarily to remove, replace, and disposal of fuel tanks. PROJECT DURATION. �45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.� Contract approximate Period of Performance May 2020 through July 2020. �� SUMMARY. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies and travel necessary to provide the required services in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract, and other attachments provided.� WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY PRIME CONTRACTOR. The contractor shall perform, with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 50 Percent of the value for the work of the contract.�� SITE VISIT.� There will be no site visit due to COVID-19. (OCT 2015),� 6.����� Complete 52.209-11 Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. (FEB 2016),�� Failure to provide any of the documents required above will result in a non-responsive quote.
