Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, Solicitation W15QKN-20-R-5028 anticipated release date is on or around late May 2020. On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for Construction Project, CSS# 9898-2: Repair OMS Facility - Fort Belvoir, VA (VA020).� The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish all tasked identified in accordance with the Specifications Work (SOW).� Renovations shall include but are not limited to the removal and replacement of shop storage caging, two mezzanines, doors and windows, interior and exterior lighting, five roll-up doors and associated components, modernizing latrine and custodial closet.� Contractor shall supply and install a central compressed air system and modernize the Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.� Contractor shall replace OMS building roof, selected gutters and downspouts.� The place of performance is the John Singleton Mosby U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC), 8831 John J. Kingman Road, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060 (VA020).� Period of Performance: The period of performance is 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed date. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects (FAR 36.204): Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. �The estimated price is to be described in the terms of the following price range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contracting officers may publish notices of solicitation cancellations (or indefinite suspensions) of proposed contract actions in the GPE.
