- Description
- Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska has a requirement for avionics cooling units maintenance services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, man-lifts, and labor necessary to perform preventative maintenance, inspect, and service the Avionics Cooling Units in a manner that will ensure dependable and safe operation of the equipment identified in this contract at Eielson AFB, AK. The contractor shall perform to the standards defined within the awarded contract, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA5004-20-B-0011, and will be available for retrieval at https://beta.sam.gov once posted on or about 20 May 2020. This acquisition is contemplated to be comprised of a Base Year of performance, with four Option periods, with a value magnitude between $80,000 and $150,000. This acquisition is being competed as a �Total Small Business Set-Aside.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, with a small business size standard of $16.50 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The solicitation for this acquisition will be issued electronically and will be publicized via beta.sam.gov at https://www.beta.sam.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents from the beta.sam website as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidder mailing list will be maintained. Interested offerors should register at the beta.sam website in order to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation. Interested offerors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor. All offerors must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual entity confirmation requirements at https://www.beta.sam.gov; additional information regarding the required registration and annual confirmation steps from the Federal Service Desk (FSD) at https://www.fsd.gov, or by calling 1-800-606-8220. Bids in response to the publicized solicitation for this acquisition shall be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 (SF 1449) and must follow bid preparation instructions as listed within the solicitation.
