Description

This is a Special Notice. �The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to The City of New York, Mass Transit Authority (MTA) Bridges & Tunnels for EZ Pass pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) April 27, 2020. �Point of contact is Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for services/supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with MTA Bridges & Tunnels, 1 Broadway, New York, New York 10004. �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488490.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
