Description: The Governent intends to award a sole-source contract to LDRA Technology, Inc. for the LDRA Tool Suite and Software Licenses and User Training. FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services willl satisfy agency requirements, and name brand descriptions. This purchase will be awarded as a lowest price technically acceptable purchase order without discussions. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
