Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the Scarf Patch Overhaul/Repair of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE:������������ Main Rotor Blade (MRB) INPUT NSNs:���������������������� P/Ns: 1615-01-106-1903�������������� 70150-09100-043 OUTPUT NSN:�������������������� P/N: 1615-01-106-1903�������������� 70150-09100-043 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE:� Minimum 180 each � Maximum 2,520 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 420 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are not commercial, so FAR Part 12 will be not utilized. �Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. DMWR 1-1615-281, Revision Date 02/10/2012, has been identified for this effort; however, the Main Rotor Blade is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is limited only to the approved sources by SRD. The following source�is the�only firm�currently listed as an approved source for the Scarf Patch Overhaul/Repair of the MRB:�International Aviation Composites, 8715 Harmon Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76177-7501 (CAGE Code 1BHR6). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approve source by�following the�procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by email to andrew.e.cameron.civ@mail.mil.��This requirement is currently unfunded. �Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
