Description: This Presolicitation is to purchased under the Capital Investment Program (CIP) Aerospace Medical Equipment Needs (AMEN) program that has been installed and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 and soon to be, ISO 17025-accreditation requirements (specific to laboratories).This is a follow-on five-year sustainment acquisition. After the decision to contract with a single source has been approved, a public announcement must be made for any action over $150,000, except in emergencies. The purpose of the announcement is to inform industry about the basis for the decision to contract with the single source. �
