- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.) The purpose of this Solicitation is for the contractor to provide services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary when providing Milk and Dairy products for the BIE Dibe Yazhi Habitiin Community School, CR 19, 13 Miles SE of CrownPoint, CrownPoint, NM 87313.
