- This constitiutes Amendment 0007�to�provide the following: (1) Block 9 of page one (1) and Section C-1 is changed to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 31�March 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern.� (2) Section L-3 Specification Clarification is changed to reflect 23�March 2020 at 12:00 pm Eastern. This constitiutes Amendment 0006 to (1) attached Amendment 0005.� Amendment 0005 was erroneously not attached when Amendment 0005 and its supporting documents were posted. This constitutes Amendment 0005�to:�(1) incorporate RFP Q&A 4 and 5 in the solicitation, (2) Incorporate revised J-2� and (3) Provide revised MSC and PMS-385 J-4 Government Furnished Property�. This constitutes Amendment 0004 to provide the following: (1) Block 9 of page one (1) and Section C-1 is changed to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 24 March 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern. Section L-3 Specification Clarification is changed to reflect 12 March 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern.� (2) Provide revised work item and references for work item 144, 320, 370, 434, 820 and 821.� (3) Work item 617 is changed from a CAT ""B"" to a CAT ""A"" work item. CLIN 0001AF is inserted. CLIN 0008 is deleted.� (4) The ClLIN information in Section B, C-2, H-3(f), H-4(f), L-9 and M-4.� (5) is revised. (5) Provide revised J-2 and J-3. RFP Q&A No. 3 is incorporated in this amendment.� (6) Provide PMS 385's J-4 Government Furnish Property List. This constitutes Amendment 0003�to:�(1) Change solicitation response date to 16 March 20 at 2:00 pm Eastern,�(2)�L-3 Specification Clarifications responses must be received no later than 04 March at 2:00 pm Eastern�and�(3) RFP Q&A No. 1 and 2 are incorporated in this amendment�. This constitutes Amendment 0002 to:�(1) Change paragraph (a) of the Liquidated Damages clause 52.211-11 and�(2) Provide revised Work Item 597 and References 2.1.4 AMD-2924 Rev O HPU Assembly and 2.1.5 AMD-2925 Rev O Cooler Assembly . This constitutes Amendment 0001: (1) Change section L-5 Inspection of Vessel / Pre-Proposal conference from �Inspection for the USNS MIGUEL KEITH is To Be Determined� to �Inspection for the USNS MIGUEL KEITH will take place at San Diego, on or about 12 Feb through 14 Feb, 2020 at 0800-1600. �Inspection is not mandatory and shall be at the offeror�s expense. Military Sealift Command - Norfolk contracting office is seeking Proposals/Bids for the�Post Award Shakedown Availability (PSA) on the USNS MIGUEL KEITH (T-ESB - 5) commencing on or about�3 AUG 2020 for one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days.�� See attached Solicitation, J-Attachments, Contract Data Requirements, and Redacted Justification and Approval.� Interested contractors must complete J-14 Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to receive the work item package, drawings and references.
