This Sources Sought/RFI Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and in no way does not constitute a commitment by the USAID/Nigeria nor commits USAID to issue an RFP or to make an award. Therefore, responses to this Sources Sought/RFI are not proposals on which the USAID/Nigeria can issue any award. Please see the Source Sought ATTACHMENT for Details to this RFI
