Description

USDA Forest Service, Southwest Region 3�has a requirement for the transport and set up of six (6) mobile home trailers at four different locations on the Lincoln National Forest (LNF) in New Mexico. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract under Commercial Items format.� Best Value will be used to evaluate offers under LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) format. Total Small Business Set-Aside.� NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code � 484230 with size standard of $30.0 Million.� All work related to the awarded contract is covered by McNamara-O�Hara Act � Service Contract Wage Determination 15-5455 (Revision 12). In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov .�� DUNS and business email are required to enroll in SAM. Offers may be sent by email (warren.abbott@usda.gov ). Emails should contain the Solicitation Number 12837120Q0099 in the subject line for the email.� Offers that are sent by US Mail shall use the address designated below for the procuring official.
