U.S. GOVERNMENT �General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Hawaii City: Hilo Delineated Area: Central Business Area (CBA) in Hilo West �� Waianuenue Ave to Homohana St North � Pacific Ocean East ��� Mamalahoa Hwy (Hwy 11) South � �Puainako St *Both sides of the street on these boundaries shall be included. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,636 (usable sq. ft.) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,900 (usable sq. ft.) Space Type: Office and yard (4,000-4,400 usf) Parking Spaces (Total): None Full Term: Five (5) years Firm Term: Three (3) years Renewal Option Term: Four (4) years (2 yrs +2 yrs) Additional Requirements: N/A Action:� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
