Description
This is a request for approval for three Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts limiting competition for the manufacture of hand held lateral flow immunoassay (LFI) rapid screening tests to detect SARS-CoV-2 infections included sources and addresses. These contracts will be a Firm Fixed Price using Research, Development, Test and Evaluation and Procurement funds.� The three intended sources and their addresses are listed below: Maxim Biomedical � 1500 East Gude Drive, Rockville MD 20850 ANP Technologies Inc. � 824 Interchange Boulevard,� Newark, DE 19711 Murtech Inc. � 820 Cromwell Park Drive, Glen Bernie MD 20161 Manufacture of an easy to use hand held lateral flow immunoassay based (LFI) surveillance test that will function as a screening tool to detect SARS-CoV-2 virus in specimens from infected or suspected of viral exposure Department of Defense (DoD) civilians and service members. ��Each performer shall deliver one lot of 5,000 SARS-CoV-2 LFI test kits including sterile nasopharyngeal swabs and sterile buffer solution to satisfy the minimum.� Total Value of this action is $82M which includes the estimated cost to test approximately three million DoD civilians, service members and their dependents. The total value of orders to be issued under all three contracts will not exceed $82M.
