Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION; THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Interested firms are invited to submit a response in the form of a Statement of Capability (SOC) and should include company name, cage code, point of contact, address, phone number business size in relation to NAICS 334519 and indicate whether they are small business, 8(a) concern, veteran-owned small business, service �disabled veteran small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business or women-owned small business by the response date below. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government, specifically in determining for which (if any) small-business concerns this acquisition will be set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.5.� All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to SrA Gerell R.
