Description

The contractor is 3 Rivers Communications, 202 5th St. South, Fairfield, MT 59436, for wired telecommunication services. The intent is to issue a purchase order for wired telecommunication services for twelve months, 6/1/20 to 5/31/21 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will also include the option to extend services, one option year, 6/1/21 to 5/31/22. This will allow for uninterrupted telecommunication services for the Blackfeet Service Unit. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00pm Mountain Time, Wednesday, May 27, 2020. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses must be directed to the Blackfeet Service Unit, Purchasing Agent, Eric Butterfly, eric.butterfly@ihs.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517311, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a small business size standard of 1500 employees.
