- NCO 4 has analyzed over 70 FM radio stations in the Altoona, PA area. Radio stations were categorized by format, broadcast location & strength, and ownership. Several non-commercial radio stations were not considered for award. Non-commercial radio stations might be college stations or lower level type broadcasts. NCO 4 s analysis found that Forever Media, Inc. has the broadest station formatting and covers the entire geographic area of need (including CBOCs). Forever Media stations broadcast primarily from Altoona/Hollidaysburg, which is centrally located in the geographic area of need and reaches all of Altoona VAMC s listening area. Lastly, Forever Media is a small business concern under NAICS 515111 in SAM. NCO 4 intends to sole source the subject requirement to Forever Media.
