- The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to ������� CS Controls CGC HAMILTON Port Aft Steering Flooding � Steering Gear Background: The steering system is OOC until repairs are affected and CS CONTROLS electrical control system is repaired. An OOC Steering gear forces the Cutter into a Not Mission Capable Status, restricting them to the pier. Statement of Work: Tech to Travel and provide three days of on-site assist and repairs on CGC HAMILTON.� Return Steering system to operational status. Tech to install required parts and groom system alongside Sperry technician. Provide CFR for any additional labor or parts required. No parts and additional labor permitted until approved by Contracting Officer. Provide operational test of the system. Parts: ����������� The Coast Guard (procured by OEM in separate Purchase Order) will provide the following parts. Rexroth; Model VT5035 Card, Qty.1 Rexroth; Type VT3002-2X/32 Card Holder (RE 29928), Qty.1 Terminal Boards 20 Slot DIN Rail Mounted 6mm, Qty.1 Baldor Reliance; Cat. #CWDM-3542, Qty.1 ����������� Note: tech rep needs to be wearing a mask, monitoring body temperature and reporting any Covid-19 symptoms. POP: � 01-03 JUNE 2020 ����������� Tech to be on site and available to work on Monday 01 June. To depart after full workday on Wednesday 03 June. Location: 1050 REGISTER ST. NORTH CHARLESTON, SC 29405 US OEM: CS Controls Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0700 AM PST for 70Z08520NP45B7100 �will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
