- Page 2 of 3 THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The VISN 9 Mid-South Healthcare Network is seeking to lease 20,100 Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of real property space to yield up to approximately 27,135 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) in for administrative office space in the Davidson, Rutherford or Williamson County area. The rentable established space is to be used by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The lease may be either an existing building space or new build-to-suit building. This space is to be located all on one floor. The space/building shall meet all current building codes, seismic standards, ADA, and local ordinances. A minimum of 85 parking spaces is required with 4 of those spaces closes to the building being designated for use by the physically handicapped. The leased space shall be within the county of Davidson, Rutherford or Williamson in the state of Tennessee. The lease is to be a 10-year lease with five (5) year firm term and five (5) years non-firm. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: I-65 & the Cumberland river East: I-24 & Highway 70 South: I-440 & I-65; Southeast: I-40 & I-65 West: I-440 & I-40 SDVOSB and VOSB firms are invited to provide information to contribute to the market research for this project. SDVOSB and VOSB firms must be registered in VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) site at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ and have the technical skills and financial capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements. Only SDVOSB and VOSB firms are requested to submit a Capabilities Statement to VA for review. SDVOSB and VOSB firms may provide a Capabilities Statement if they are interested in participating in this project. A submission checklist and information sheet is provided below for firms to fill out and submit, which will serve as the firm s Capabilities Statement. Capabilities Statement Will Include: Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, Dunn & Bradstreet number, and e- mail address; Evidence of SDVOSB or VOSB status through registration at VIP (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/); Evidence of ability to offer under NAICS Code 531120 and listing in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov), including a copy of the representations and certifications made in that system; A summary describing at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope completed in the past five (5) years that demonstrate your company s experience designing, constructing, and managing Federal leased facilities or health care facilities relevant to the project described above. (3-page limit); Evidence of capability to obtain financing for a project of this size. If desired, the company may also submit a narrative describing its capability. Although this notice focuses on SDVOSB and VOSB, we encourage all small businesses and other interested parties to respond for market research purposes. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00 pm Central Time, Monday, June 1, 2020 response after this date will not be considered. Please include the following information: Building name, address and location of available space Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property. The Department of Veterans Affairs does not cover Broker s Fees.
