Questions and answers posted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-0127. Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office.� Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
