Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, ""Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,"" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ) No. 1202NV20Q0046; proposal due date is June 1, 2020 no later than 1:00pm MST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, effective as of May 6, 2020. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation and any resulting purchase order is fixed-price under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures. It is for the purchase and delivery of twenty three (23) 4 yard chute style front load bear proof dumpsters for the Ashton/Island Park Ranger District on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest meeting specifications identified below.
