- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Mechanicsburg Contracting Office is performing market research on behalf of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) Program Management Office to identify industry sources capable of providing functional analysis and development support services to enable delivery of specific special projects.� These special projects will be identified by the OIS Program Manager and will be worked autonomously from OIS sustainment and fleet support.
