- Air Conditioning Duct Cleaning System and Sanitization is re-posted under W912CN-20-Q-0033 0001 to allow additional offeror's to participate against this requirement to the maximum extent possible. The new deadline to submit your quote is 02 June 2020, Tuesday at 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST). All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged except the following requirement under Addeendum 52.212-1 Instruction to Offeror. Regional Contracting Office Hawaii is now proceeding with issuing the solicitation No. W912CN-20-Q-0013 for Air Conditioning Duct Cleaning System and Sanitization. It is the contractor responsibility to monitor this website for additional updates and information. This requirement is being solicited via Competitive 8(a) Set Aside. There will be no Site Visit for this requirement due COVID-19 situation. The request for quote and supporting documentation will be due on 30 April 2019 at 12:00 Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Contractor's question and responses for this solicitation will be posted via Beta SAM three (3) days prior to the end of the solicitation period. Additional questions will not be entertained after ten (10) days of the solicitation issue date. Please refer to FAR 52.212-1 ADDENDUM ONE (1) and FAR 52.212-2 ADDENDUM TWO (2) of the solicitaion for instruction to offerors and evaluation of quotes. (End of Provision) Solicitation W912CN-20-Q-0013 for Air Condition Duct Cleaning System and Sanitization will be posted in Beta SAM on 10 April 2020. Qualified firms who are interested must submit a capability statement before 08 April 2020 at 3:00 PM HST via email to bartolome.m.latonio.civ@mail.mil. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor the website for updates, amendments, and additional information until the closing date of this solicitation. Site visit will not be conducted due to current COVID-19 situation. Please adhere to the submission requirements during the solicitation process; Posting of solicitation: 10 April 2020 Question and Answers will be posted in Beta SAM three (3) days after posting of solicitation. No question will be answered after 20 April 2020. Solicitation Closing Date: 30 April 2020 at 1:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
