Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Springer Nature for the procurement of eBooks collections are a onetime permanent access copyright purchase. The following are the collections: 2020 Biomedical and Life Science 2020 Chemistry and Materials Science 2020 Computer Science 2020 Earth and Environmental Science 2020 Energy 2020 Engineering 2020 Intelligent Technologies and Robotics 2020 Mathematics and Statistics 2020 Physics and Astronomy Springer Nature provides a source for research material which cannot be obtained from any other publisher. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
