SOURCES SOUGHT: this announcement is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 45th Contracting Squadron (45 CONS) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice to gather industry information and input with respect to anticipated Renovation and building of an addition to building 402 (Courtroom) requirement at Patrick Air Force Base (PAFB). This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes only. The information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice will not be utilized to determine vendor standing in any future/potential Request for Quote/Request for Proposal, nor will it be utilized to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit a Request for Quote/Request for Proposal for any future/potential requirement. The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought request. All future/ proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought request. This Sources Sought Notice is relative to the NAICS 236220. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $39.5 million. Small Businesses are invited to respond to this market survey to determine market capabilities. Patrick Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide: See attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for requirement description and scope This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is in support of market research being conducted by 45 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with this requirement. The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of Small Business firms that can support this requirement as a prime contractor. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Page 2 of 2 Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm�s capabilities in providing the required services. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. The capabilities package should include DUNS, Cage Code and System for Award Management (SAM) expiration date.
