Description

This Special Notice is posted pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.� The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to JK Moving and Storage, Inc., 44112 Mercure Circle Ste 1, Sterling, VA, 20166-2017, for continued moving services. �All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) May 26, 2020. �Point of contact is Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with JK Moving and Storage. A redacted version of the Justification�for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. �A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. �A Request of Quotation (RFQ) is not available. �This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). �Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov.
