- ***The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to June 12th, 2020 at 2pm MST.*** Lease an Aircraft Live Fire Trainer (F-16 or similar fighter type live fire trainer) with an instructor and operator for one week (5 consecutive training days) �to train approximately 46 firefighters in Aircraft Live Fire Training scenarios on Buckley AFB. The tentative dates are June or July of 2020 and September of 2020 depending upon the available weeks from the contractor. EVALUATION FACTORS: 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability and Price. Technical capability is defined as the Contractors ability to fulfill the requirements outlined by the Government. The Contractor shall submit any information they feel provides adequate representation of their abilities. This information may be but is not limited to: product specifications, past performance examples, business description, certifications/qualifications, a list of employees intended to be hired under this solicitation, ect. Price is defined as the total price (including all option years) of the proposal to include any additional fees associated with using preexisting contract vehicles. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
