Description: The contract shall be for the construction of a 44 ft trail bridge over the Red River near the confluence of the Rio Grande River. The site is on a trail system where the access is limited to foot or horse traffic. The construction shall construct: a bridge superstructure, the alignment of the approaches to the bridge, rehabilitation of one abutment and construction of one abutment, clearing and construction of approaches to the structure, installation of railing at the approaches.
