Description: The North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) is contracting for Paralegal services to assist the local JAG office and the Beyond Yellow Ribbon Program.�The program will provide NCNG Soldiers, Airmen, and families with legal consultation and tax preparation at no cost to the Service Member.
