- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) OF 212321 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF 500 EMPLOYEES IS TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources including 8(a), veteran-owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HUBZone small business, small disadvantage business (SDB), and women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully upgrade the youth baseball fields at Buildings 1756 and 1757. Services include, but are not limited to: installation and maintenance of all erosion and sedimentation control measures; stripping and stockpiling of all topsoil, providing gravel fill and topsoil or exporting material as needed to meet the proposed site grades; removal of the existing baselines; construction and installation of proper infield mix to the baseball infield, base lines, pitcher�s mound, home plate circle and dug outs; ensuring positive drainage of the baseball field � no standing water is allowed on the infield; provide edge, infield arc, laser sub and finish grade; and surface restoration of all disturbed areas; material as needed to meet the proposed site grades. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for the F.E. Warren Youth Baseball Fields Reconstruction/Facility Upgrade (see attached Statement of Works (SOWs) for more information). All operations must comply with all regulatory requirements. The standards to be met are: (1) compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances and (2) compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WYDEQ), and U.S. Air Force requirements. 3.
