Description

The purpose of amendment 0002 1) Dissolve the set-aside and re-solicit full and open 2) Extend the RFQ closing date to 25 June 2020 2:00 PM EST 3) Revise Section L to incorporate a requirement to the TECH EVAL FACTOR 1, Subfactor (b) 4) Schedule an additional site visit on 11 June 2020 9:00AM EST 5) Refresh and revise clauses Posting Amendment 0001 responding to industry questions and clarifying the period of performance. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is a Naval research activity operating under the direction of the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).�� Project Description:� The work includes the installation of (2) 6� Class 1500 control valves, associated flanges, piping, supports, radiographic & ultrasonic testing of welds. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to repipe and replace high pressure valves for the ATF tank. � All work to be performed at NUWCDIVNPT Building 1171C. � Work to be performed in accordance with NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 19-039A (4 sheets) and statement of Work. � NUWCDIVNPT to provide area for equipment and material storage. � NUWCDIVNPT to provide access to area for workers and equipment. � All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. � All work to be completed in accordance with Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1929 2007).
