- Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Office Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 260 East University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Cincinnati, OH 45219 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price order to DalyWorks, 11717 120th Street South, Baker, MN 56580. Pursuant to 38 U.S. Code 8127(b) this requirement will be fulfilled by DalyWorks, a verified Service-disabled veteran-owned business. This requirement is a short-term urgent and compelling need and this vendor has been deemed as a responsible source. The requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) and the contract award can be made at a fair and reasonable price, offering the best value to Department of Veteran Affairs. Therefore, it is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. The associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 429110. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov by 4:00pm e.s.t. on May 29, 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
