Description

The �US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Combat Feeding Directorate�(CFD:CCDC), Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to AB SCIEX LLC.,REDWOOD CITY, CA 94065-1217, for preventative maintenance/service plan for the Vitamin Analyzer SCIEX 6500+ Mass Spectrometer,�AB SCIEX LLC�is the only known source that is capable of providing this proprietary preventative maintenance and service plan.This is not a request for quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
