Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard, COCO, Director of Operational Logistics (DOL-9), Base Procurement and Contracting (DOL-95), will acquire the services outlined in the solicitation utilizing procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 713940 and the size standard is $8 million.
