- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Tyndall Air Force Base is experiencing an increase in workload due to recovery efforts following devastation caused by Hurricane Michael in October 2018. The 325th Fighter Wing (FW) and tenant units have a non-personal services requirement to provide support services to aid in rebuilding efforts. This requirement includes all personnel and supervision services necessary to provide technical expertise in the following positions: Cyber Liaison Electronic Security Specialist Background Investigator Construction Surveillance Technician Network System Engineer Network System Administrator Support Cable and Antenna System Technician Realty Specialist Contracting Administrator The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The requirement and solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced contract with a one (1) year base period (estimated 30 September 2020 through 29 September 2021) and four (4) one-year option periods extending through 29 September 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 - the size standard is $16.5 million. The source selection methodology has yet to be determined. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this solicitation package and subsequent modifications. To be eligible for contract award offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website www.sam.gov. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. It is requested that interested businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating their ability to provide a management approach to staffing this effort with qualified personnel. This documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1) Company information: Company Name; Address; Points of contact information to include Name, Email Address, Telephone Number. 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 541990. 3) The socioeconomic status of the company. 4) A list of similar contracts (not to exceed 3) your company currently holds or has completed within the last three years. The list of contracts should be relevant to support staff services, should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contact (contracting officer and/or QAE/inspector) with phone number and email address. 5) Demonstrate the company has adequate financial resources to perform this requirement; or the ability to obtain financial resources to perform this requirement. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM CENTRAL TIME ON TUESDAY, June 16, 2020. PACKAGES CAN BE SENT ELECTRONICALLY TO kathryn.kitto@us.af.mil and/or rebecca.natal.1@us.af.mil.
