- Product Service Code: 5836 NAICS Code: 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (CCDC AC), Quality Engineering & System Assurance (QE&SA) Division, at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to provide Tactical Behavior Research Lab (TBRL), FCDD-ACE-QEA a turn-key solution for motion capture and volume tracking of up to 2000 square feet and for up to 4 subjects for use in the TBRL that is compatible with and seamlessly integrates with the current motion capture equipment and software currently employed in the laboratories.� The tacking volume created by the solution must be suitable for full-body immersive tracking; based on tracking objects on the hands, feet, body, head and prop(s).� The components of the supply for full-body immersive tracking of 4 subjects simultaneously in a volume around an area of up to 2000 square feet include cameras, beacons, markers, calibration tools, batteries, charging stations, PoE switches, routers, cables, mounts, stands, clamps, mounting plates, gloves, foot straps, hats, chest straps, computers, monitors as well as software and licenses necessary to operate and maintain the motion capture equipment.� The supply needs be delivered and installed within 6 months of contract award at the Tactical Behavior Research Lab (TBRL).
