Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract.� The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source contract for services to maintain the Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) Grant Management System.� The Grant Management System provides application processing, document management, grant tracking, and quarterly progress reporting.� Services to maintain the system are required to ensure that a continuity of operations are sustained.� This sole source award is being made on the basis of the urgency of the need for the required services.� A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Sole Source Justification is attached to this notice.
