Description

Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Freefly Alta X UAS Systems and Components.� NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Freefly Systems Inc. 15540 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, A800 Wooedinville Washington 98072-4548 �United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Freefly Systems Inc. is the sole provider of Freefly Alta X UAS Systems and Components NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.� Performance will be located at NASA/ Langlese Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Meltwater News US, Inc. for the purchase of social media monitoring services subscription. This subscription Allows CDC to perform advanced Boolean searches, and monitor activity across multiple platforms including Blogs, Forums, News, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and YouTube. It allows CDC to search with filters including date, time, country, state/province, city, language, demographics. It also allows the search to be created with a wildcard symbol (broadens a search by finding words that start with the same letters i.e. �HIV, STD, TB and Hepatitis vaccines, vaccinated, vaccination) and proximity. The subscription also allows for translation of conversations in over 26 languages which allows us to monitor activity in other countries. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any quotation/response should be emailed to Andrew Mansfield, Contract Specialist, at AMansfield@cdc.gov.
