- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, TX, intends to issue solicitation 15B41820Q00000011 for the provision of Egg Order.�� The contractor shall provide delivery of the Egg Order to Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Terre Haute located at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802.� All deliveries shall be delivered between the hours of 6:30am � 2:30pm ET on the first Tuesday of the month at the above address. �Please refer to the attached Delivery Requirements for more details. �The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed discount or premium percentage rate.� The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual who submits the quote that offers the highest discount or lowest premium for award will be based solely on price. �Quotes shall be calculated from benchmarks using the Urner Barry Spot Market Midwest White Medium Price.� For each line item, quoters will be allowed to quote either a discount or premium to the price established and published by Urner Barry Publications.� Throughout the life of the contract, the most current version of the Urner Barry Spot Market North Central White Medium Price shall be used.� The contract periods for the supplies/services will consist of a base year and one option year. �The solicitation will be available on or about June 4, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website at www.beta.SAM.gov.� All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.� The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on July 2, 2020. �Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� All contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this future solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-5 (Apr 2005) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM).� This clause requires all contractors doing business with the federal government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database at www.beta.SAM.gov.� Contractors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their quotes.� The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award by entering the potential awardees DUNS number into the SAM database.� The acquisition is set-aside for total small business. �The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 112310 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
