Description
The United States Government (USG), Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking sources for follow on production of the Manned/UnManned Teaming (MUMT) system, related subcomponents, and ancillary services. �The related subcomponents are the Data Link Capability Module (DLCM), Radio Frequency Electronics (RFE), Upper Receiver (UR), Air-Air-Ground (AAG) Antennae and ROVER 6/Coyote Modems. These parts shall be installed on Apache Aircraft. This hardware must interface with existing unmodified equipment as well as provide commands for control of existing sub-systems.� Interfaces with other equipment is critical to maintain proper operation of the Apache.� Extremely small tolerances in mass, balance, electromagnetic interference, and many manufacturing techniques must be carefully controlled within the system to ensure performance. The first shipments, including any required qualification, first article testing and production readiness review, must support deliveries no more than twenty-four months after contract award at the sustained rate of up to fifteen per month.� Contractor must possess the technical data requirements and tooling to repair and support MUMT on the AH-64 production line and conduct reset on redeployed MUMT to include Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Modification Work Orders (MWOs).� Contractor must also possess the capability to provide technical engineering data requirements, logistic services, and program support. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes.� Responders shall provide their performance history and back it with evidentiary data.� Interested vendors are encouraged to provide substantiated evidence of their capabilities and successes for the same or similar efforts cited above.
