- SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! It does not constitute a solicitation and/or quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is�W56KGZ-20-Q-4086 shall be used to reference any written responses to this sources sought. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 333318. The requirement is to provide�complete Virtual Training Simulators. Specific characteristics include: 0001: Four (4)�Each, FAT 300LE 5-Screen Law Enforcement Systems 0002: Four (4) Each, FAT 300LE Generic Law Enforcement Software packages 0003: Twenty (20) Each, Glock, Model 17 BlueFire Weapon Simulators 0004: Twenty (20) Each, FATS SRS Carbine Rifle BlueFire�Bureau Weapon Simulators 0005: Four (4) Each, BlueFire Fill Station Magazine Adaptors 0006: Four (4) Each, Compressed Air Bottle Assembly 0007: Four (4) Each, Magazine Adaptor for M4 0008:� Installation and Training in Baghdad, Iraq 0009: Shipping and Delivery to Camp Airfjan, Kuwait **Indicate if any items fall under International Traffic in Arms Regulations�(ITAR).� Weapon Systems Characteristics: Compatible to use Glock 17 and M4 weapon systems with interactive simulator Compressed air fill stations and magazine adaptors Purpose of this item (items): Virtual interactive system that tests users Law of Armed Conduct and Rules of Engagement decision making. Provides training in escalation, de-escalation, non-lethal force, and lethal force decision making scenarios. Immersive, 300-degree screening and surround sound that provides realistic feel to decision-based scenarios. Borderless flat screens that provide continuous imaging surrounding the user. Short throw projectors that provide high-quality imaging and allows user to navigate freely within training area. Detection system that provides accurate gauging of user input. Allows up to 5 trainees to use the system at the same time. All associated software packages to operate training simulator.� Possible alterative products should include all capabilities�listed.� The responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any government assessments. The Government's evaluation of the capability statements received will factor into whether any forthcoming solicitation will be conducted as a full and open competition. All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities-indicating examples of commercial sales-and product specifications related to this effort, and delivery schedule with training and installation proposal. Also indicate if you are the manufacturer, or provide the name and size of the manufacturer of the product(s) you will be supplying. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated us of foreign national employees on this effort. Include in your capabilities package your DUNS, Cage Code, JCCS status�and System for Award Management expiration date.
