Description
The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Research & Engineering (OUSD R&E) seeks to identify emerging technologies that utilize or enable the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI); Machine Learning (ML); Natural Language Processing (NLP); Natural Language Generation (NLG); Decision Intelligence (DI); Predictive Analytics; Data Encryption; Data Provenance; and Data Analytics. These research areas of interest support the research and development needs of the Digital Attack Surface Execution Environment (DASEE) project already in development with OUSD R&E. OUSD R&E plans (a) to leverage all forms of AI to improve the speed of decision making, (b) expand current capabilities of the DASEE platform so that analytic entities of interest are easily managed and understood, (c) improve the DASEE platform through improved visualization, data quality, integration, and transformation tools regardless of whether the data is structured, unstructured, or semi-structured, (d) allow the end user to leverage statistical, predictive, or spatial analysis with user friendly graphics, drop tools, etc., (e) improve how data is to be shared via reports and access to the DASEE dashboard, and (f) provide a quantum-proof data security capability that builds trust of the DASEE platform. This is a request for information (RFI) for market research purposes only and not a request for proposal or solicitation.
