Sources Sought W81K00-20-Q-0107 This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought notice for the Regional Contracting Office � Central. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if possible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999, all other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. The Small Business size standard is 500. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women- Owned small business concerns. The Regional Health Contracting Office � Central, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide two Powervar, Uninterruptible Power source (UPS) 8.0 k VA 50/60Hz systems required to accommodate the NexION2000. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately making information if it is proprietary in nature. In order for the Government to consider another source, the capability statement must identify the source�s ability to meet ALL the following requirements: Must have Patient Safety Features: Audible High/Low Voltage Alarm-Operator Control Features Must have LCD Display Window, Normal/Bypass Button, Ok/Select Button, Line, Inverter, Bypass, and Fault LED Indicator- No Software/Hardware requirements-General performance parameters Operation Mode, Output voltage display, Input voltage display, Input and Output frequency display, Output load percentage display, Battery voltage display, Battery percentage display, UPS state one display, UPS state two display UPS must be converted/configured to match the correct plugs/receptacles to PerkinElmer instrument/equipment outlets. Lab Grade UPS systems must have been specifically designed for the NexlON 2000. Contractors responding to this sources sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
