Description

DCMA Carson Waste Collection The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) �DCMA Western Regional Command at 18901 S. Wilmington Avenue, Building DH-2, Carson, CA 90746-2856, requires the collection and disposal of the building trash and recyclable material intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to a single source, Waste Resource Technologies, Inc., in accordance with FAR �Part 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Sole Source. The period of performance for this purchase order is: Base Period of Performance:� 20 Apr 20-19 Apr 21 Option Period One: 20 Apr 21-19 Apr 22 Option Period Two: 20 Apr 22-19 Apr 23 Option Period Three: 20 Apr 23-19 Apr 24 Option Period Four: 20 Apr 24-19 Apr 25 This pre-solicitation notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. �Interested parties may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine they have been given the authority to provide the services for the collection and disposal of the building trash and recyclable material.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based solely on the market research findings and supporting documentation from the manufacturer and is at the sole discretion of the Government. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement is achievable. This acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
