Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Old Dominion Animal Health Center, Ltd, 6719 Lowell Ave., McLean, VA 22101. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform canine care and services as described in section 2.0 for the police canines of the PFPA/PPD.� (See attachment for more information)
