Description

1.� This letter is to announce a site visit for the Request for Quote (RFQ) for the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) requirement, Solicitation No. FA700020R0019. 2.� Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. �In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.� 3.� There will be a site visit at Farish Recreational Area on Friday, 12 June 2020 from 1:00 -3:00.� Please check-in at Farish Visitor Check-in with Mr. Kirk Weiss.�� 4.� Attached is a map and photographs of tanks located at Farish Recreational Area.�
