- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg FL 33701. �The US Coast Guard will award a firm-fixed price contract. It is highly recommended that all interested parties visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Site visit will take place at the locations stated on the Statement of Work (SOW). Please contact the following USCG Members to schedule site visit. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not perB mitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Submit all Technical and Price Proposals (20 Pages or Less) via Email to Ulric.Waldron@uscg.mil until COB 06/22/2020 @ 3:00 pm. � Contractor must be registered in SAM before submitting a quote under this solicitation ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� The award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
