- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Telemetry System. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Fuel polishing system salient characteristics Must include ½ HP, 120-208 Volt, 1Phase for power requirements, 60 Hz Dimensions must be within the following parameters: 56 wide, no more than 84 High, no more than 36 deep. Must be NEMA 3R enclose due to be an outside piece of equipment Must be 5 10 GPM Must have an on board integrated digital controller General Specifications Three-stage filtration Inlet strainer: 100 mesh Pre-filter: 10 micron Final filter: 2 micron Water separation: 5 PPM Water coalesce and separator: semi-permanent, canister type construction. Equipped with pressure differential sensors and gauge. Provide a standard, factory packaged design fuel oil filtration and conditioning system shall include all specified and necessary components required to effect the specified function and comply with applicable codes, rules and regulations Enclosure: Provide the filtration system factory packaged within a pad-mountable steel enclosures suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. Enclosure shall have the following attributes: Fabricated steel, monolithic welded construction Enclosure shall be powder-coated for use in an industrial environment Hinged and lockable service access doors, with perimeter rain gutters Leak containment basin integral to enclosure floor, including leak detector Lifting eyes Forklift channels Bolt-down feet The filtration system shall consist of the following principle elements, which are described in detail in subsequent paragraphs: Full steel enclosure with containment for indoor or outdoor installation Three-stage filtration and water removal elements Transfer pump Valves and sensors Controller
