- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are requested, as noted at the end of this announcement. The solicitation number is N00244-20-Q-0130 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) for Fire and Emergency Equipment Services. This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-06 and DFARS Publication Notice 20200408. This procurement is restricted to Small Business; the NAICS code is 541990 and the small business size standard is $15.0 M. The following attachments to this combined synopsis/solicitation contains: the full description of the services to be acquired; all the applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR 52.212-1 and its addendum, FAR 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5; and the procedures the Government will use to evaluate the quotes. SOW, Provisions, and Clauses Price Matrix List of the Rescue tools by installation This combined synopsis/solicitation will close with proposals due at 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time on 12 June 2020. Email quotes to the points of contact: Leliza G. Sarino at Leliza.sarino@navy.mil. Quoters will receive written confirmation from the above referenced Government POC that the submitted quote was received prior to the closing time and date specified above. It is the responsibility of the quoter to ensure that the quote is received by the referenced Government POC. Oral queries or questions will not be accepted. Questions can only be submitted by Email and sent to the point of contact identified above. Email shall clearly reference the RFQ number in the subject line and state your question as clearly as possible. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed. Questions may be submitted at any day and time, but not later than 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time on 11 June 2020. Questions submitted after this date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible.
