Solicitation Number: W50S85-20-B-0005 �Restrictions: Small Business Title: VGLZ 182030 Repair Bldg. 17 Location: Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045 (Macomb County) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The subject project is for the renovation of the office spaces of Bldg. 17 located at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI.� The work includes but is not limited to the demolition of some of the existing space with the intent of modifying the space for current mission and space utilization requirements.� The work includes substantial upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems of the office spaces.� The project will include brand name justifications for� Automated Logic DDC, Best Door cores, and Simplex 5000 series locks The projects magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.00 This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. For Small Business information please see http://www.sba.gov/. The following NAICS code 236220 will apply with the Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government.� All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Solicitation W50S85-20-B-0005 information will be advertised electronically on or about 26 June 2020 at https//beta.sam.gov with an anticipated award date of 9 September 2020. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. �
